Fun at Work
What with me having a wee son to love and care for I find that I occasionally benefit from his toys. Today I bought him "Thomas and Friends" magazine. It had a free kazoo-type thingy on the front - one of those things where you pull the stick at the bottom and alters the pitch of the note. I have christened this device "The Clangatron" in memory of those lovely little stuffed mice who ran around on the moon with the Soup Dragon. Those of you blessed with not being Olde English (like me...) will have no idea who the clangers are so with the aid of the amazing internet i have a link for you -
Now, every time I do something cool at work, I grab my Clangatron and celebrate with an impromptu little tune. Now everyone is looking at me strange. Bah! They should just pull the sticks out of their asses and lighten up a touch...
I declare today "Clangatron Day"
